are a bunch of biiitches! Holy crap, I lurk over there sometimes but seriously they are just mean and bitter towards anyone who gets a BFP that hasn't been posting for the past year. I understand that is very difficult when you try to so long and go through a loss, but come on at least feign congratulations when someone is preggo! I feel bad for this girl!

You should read this post. It's written by a former knottie/nestie/bumpie who was considered "super cool" because she was so mean. I remember her on the boards. I never got in her crosshairs but I had seen her many times tear someone apart. Dude, she was flat out mean.
But it's interesting to read her explanation.

The poor girl barely got a congrats. It was all, we don't know who the hellll you are so F you and your BFP! Poor girl had to delete the post that she was probably more excited to write than anything else! BIIITCHES!
I didn't see the original post so obviously take whatever I say with a grain of salt.....
By no means am I defending any of those nut jobs on the bump, but I can see how a drive by BFP post by someone who has never posted on that board and who you don't have a relationship with could sting a little if you have fertility issues. I mean helll, sometimes I have problems stomaching pregnancy announcements from people who are my real life friends. But that does justify speaking to a ignorant poster in that way. Just grin and bear it, say congrats and move on. Or if you can't say congrats don't say anything at all.
But those girls are still bittches.

I agree and I really do feel for people that are suffering from infertility. It is not a fun process when its not working. But remember how excited you were when you got your first BFP (or how excited you will be) and knowing you can't tell anyone in real life. She was probably crushed by those responses, not to mention how her newly found PG hormones made her feel! I don't know, I'm probably overthinking this, but reading that post I was like seriously people, cut the girl some slack!
I used to lurk on that board too and some girls are like big time BFFs and when they gang up on some new poster that made a mistake to ask a question that had been asked before, it makes me worry to post anything at all. I do agree with Kathy but definitely no excuse for being such big debbie downers.
