I dont get ABC family, I watch it on a Canadian channel. Is this a new episode or just some special documentary or something?
It is a new episode. It is supposed to take place at Halloween the year before Allison dies. In the commercials it looks like this is the start of "A" except that she is sending stuff to Allison.
