I think brown suede mary janes would be cute with it too. (I saw a pair of baby MJ's like that the other day and squealed.) Or tights and some other kind of boots.
Not sure about what kind of head accessory to go with, but I'm pretty positive Charlotte will look cute in anything!

That outfit is adorable! My husband can barely shop for his own clothes, I can't imagine what he would pick out for our child's clothes!
