Re: Nooner

  • Thanks for asking!

It went great, thanks!!! It was a crazy day - everything took so much longer than I thought it would - just adjusting to the new kitchen, how things work, getting in the flow.  I had to pack up and bring half my kitchen with me, so I spent so much time trying to find things, etc.  We didn't get done until like 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there to deliver stuff.  So I just ran home, changed real fast, then broke several speed limits trying to get there on time.

But once I was there and unloaded and everything, it was fantiastic - everyone loved everything, handed out cards to practically everyone there, and one of the real estate partners said that her office is ALWAYS looking for a caterer, so she took several cards.

So in the end it went well.  I know once I get used to the commercial kitchen things will go a lot smoother.
