I can NOT believe our sellers
Seriously, they are awesome.
First of all, we close on Friday.
I drove past the house on Thursday and they had raked all the leaves and put them on the curb to get sucked up by the city.
They moved out on Saturday. Today, our realtor called to tell me to cancel our carpet cleaning appointment because they had the carpets cleaned yesterday!
And now we might be able to get an early move-in agreement so that I can start putting stuff away early. I work for a school, and we have no school on Wed-Fri, so I will have lots of time to unpack while the kiddos are at daycare.
You have got to be kidding me. I can't believe our luck.
