F/U: How do you interpret this?
Remember the ? I asked about whether you thought we would have to pay back our REA for the septic inspection/cleaning? Well GUESS WHAT!?!
He paid for it and he paid for our certificate for the foundation.
He thinks we should be able to close Friday, but our lender hasn't sent our file to escrow yet. How long does that take?
Re: F/U: How do you interpret this?
Escrow can happen in a day or two if someone is on it.
Oh and I have known a lot of real estate agents to help get things to closing by paying for inspecctions and such - it's a tough market for REs these days and getting to closing is a big deal for them. Great news for you and the best thanks you can give them is a referral to friends later.
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
