As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

F/U: How would you interpret this?
So I had an e-mail today asking for a letter of confirmation that our REA paid for our Septic inspection/cleaning and Foundation Certification.
He also said we should be closing Friday, but our lender hasn't sent our file to escrow yet so everyone please keep your finger's crossed.

so your REA paid for it...so neither the buyer nor the seller? i guess that's a win-win for you! your REA must've really wanted your sale
