weekly book post

I finished Last Night at Chateau Marmont and really enjoyed it.  I relaxed and read most of the day Saturday.  I couldn't put it down.  Not sure what is up next for me.  Possibly The Wildwater Walking Club by Claire Cook.  What is everyone else reading this week?

Re: weekly book post

  • I just started The Kommandant's Girl by Pam Jenoff last night.  It is a historical fiction book set during WWII and the Holocaust.  I have been looking forward to reading this one for a while!

I also have 2 other books that I got emails for for my Nook.  One is the Night Circus, I cannot wait, and the other is Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close!  So much to read and so little time.  I hope I get to everything before they expire!

  • I just started The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. I figured I'd see what all the talk is all about. I'm not far enough in to have an opinion yet - I'm probably only like 10-15 pages in...I'm hoping to have some time this weekend/weekend to do some reading.

  • I just started Mockingjay, the third book of the Hunger Games series. I'm so excited to read it! I finished two chapters last night, but I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer! The first two books were amazing. I can't wait to find out what this one holds, but I'm also sad to know that after this book, it's over.

It's the end of the quarter for us this week, so I'm crazy busy trying to finish up grades. We have to do academic and behavior grades, so it's so time-consuming. I'd rather just read :)
