DH got his green card in the mail today! It's pretty high tech looking. Guess I never actually googled what one of them actually looks like.
Things are moving along for us as we transition to life in the US. Now if DH could manage to get a job somewhere. He has a interview tomorrow and he's been spending a lot of time searching and calling possible employers. Guess we just need to give it a little time.
Things I've noticed....
1. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are so big! I didn't remember them being so big.
2. I spent a good 15 minutes at the Walmart ice cream freezers and I was so bloody confused on what I should get. I don't think they had frozen yogurt for sale in the freezer section when I left for Switzerland.

Congrats! It's always nice to have it in your hands. That makes it real!
I was thinking the other day how much I like the size of grocery items here. It's hard to shop for one or two people in the States because everything is so big. And good luck with all the choices!
Fingers crossed for the job hunt!
Yay for the Green card!
Good luck to your H for his interview tomorrow!
Hooray for getting the green card!
Ice cream is always a tough choice!
Chronically hilarious - you'll split your stitches!
