Who has updated their software? This shiz is amazingly cool. Took me a while to get all the glitches taken care of and after a few restores of my phone, I finally figured out how to use it properly. Fun stuff! I love how I get the benefits of all the upgrades without having to pay for any new products.

Re: apple, iOS5 & iCloud
All you need to do is download the new version (10.5) of iTunes and then update your phone software (when you have your phone plugged in and iTunes is open just click on the name of your phone).
BEFORE doing any updates though, make sure your phone is syncs to iTunes and backs up all your apps and stuff. You'll also have to make sure you transfer all your photos/videos to your computer.
There have been a lot of problems with people having to restore their phones first.
Blog!
Yes, he's much better and based on what Funky wrote he'll definitely be the one doing it! I have no idea if my phone syncs to Itunes.
Rut-roo... What I am missing. I just got an iPhone for my bday (earlier this month). First of all, the phone is smarter than I am, so there's that. But really, no idea how to update iTunes itself.
Is there a for Dummies? H is better than I am w/ this stuff, but marginally. Damn! It's times like this when I miss having my teenage nieces handy!!!!
apple.com/support - you'll find the answer. Once you open iTunes on your computer, you'll see a spot where you can "CHECK FOR UPDATES". Click that and it will walk you through the process.
Cool! Thanks!
Too tired to mess with it tonight, but I will try to sort it out... would like to check out the icloud feature (if it's compatible... more research
)!
