furnace/radon questions
(1) Do you have the furnace in your home inspected/maintained annually?
(2) If so, who do you recommend or suggest we avoid? (I know this has been mentioned recently, so I apologize...)
(3) Do you check for radon regularly?
(4) Any suggestions for radon mitigation companies/individuals or techniques?

Re: furnace/radon questions
1) we have a geothermal system but yes. It's like $80 I think.
2) We love Citywide. They have been amazing.
3) We just put a radon system in when we built the house because most houses at some time or another have radon. It's a good idea (especially with children) to check.
4) I suggest Quality Inspection Services/Radon of Iowa (515) 253-9100
We just had Danny M from Green's come out last week, he was great, early, patient and answered all of my questions (it's the 1st time we have done this). There was a TV special so mention that you saw it on TV, was around $75. He's also DH to one of our Nesties (I like to support people I know and felt that I could trust him) If you go that route, please be sure to ask for him specifically.
