Chili recipes
Does anyone have some good chili recipe's? That is one of the only things that sounds good today and this morning (afternoon) sickness is making it hard to find anything to eat suddenly. I just want beef. Lots and lots of beef.

I grew up eating chili made from Wick Fowler's Two Alarm Chili Kit.
All it really is is all the dried spices and seasonings that you need premeasured for you but I still love it.
Duchess blogged about my chili recipe. Makes me feel like a rock star.

I was making this one at least once per week for while last "winter". Now it's time to get the ingredients to add this to the rotation

I don't know why I haven't tried this. We still haven't found our "go to" chili so I will be trying this next time!
I usually start with the packaged spice mix - I can't remember the brand, but the package is silver.
Then I just randomly add cans of tomatoes, Ro-Tel, and more spices until it tastes the way it should. With half ground beef & half ground turkey, garlic, onions and 1 jalapeno. That was the way my dad always made it...so it stuck.
Although I am tempted to try Shannon's recipe now...
