As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: Super Excited
I'm sorry, but I am just so excited that I have to AW.
Today DH was called in by his boss. Apparently he caught wind that Ben was thinking of moving/ unhappy with his salary. After looking at the profit reports, he said Ben was his most profitable employee and offered him a promotion to residential sector manager (they are in IT), a pay hike of 12 thousand dollars plus commission which, apparently, should be at least 5-10k per year on top of his base salary, plus full paid health benefits. I am so over the moon!!!!!!! So proud of DH's hard work and also ridiculously excited about our income increase. :-D
