I dont think she looks that different.
I thnk it might just be different makeup - more contouring, etc.
Yeah, I'm not seeing it either. I watched the video - she goes back and forth based on how much make-up she has on, the angle of the picture, the lighting....
I'm not seeing anything all that different between these 2 pictures.
Heck- I took a picture of DS yesterday that was at an angle that totally made his head look deformed.

1- Those pictures are taken at two different angles.
2- She clearly has on less makeup in picture #1 and appears to have lost some weight in pic #2.

Me too. I looked at a bunch of pics of her a few weeks ago, and it's pretty clear to me she's living the knifestyles of the rich and famous.
Agreed.
Not saying that she hasn't had any work done but.... these particular pics are not hard evidence of it for me.

If you watch the motion video on the site, I think you can tell more. She has def. had a nose job, but the rest very well might be makeup, angles, etc.
I actually caught an old episode of keeping up and she looked like the picture on the left. What I have noticed is her hairline and nose in these pictures. After seeing this post I googled it and others have posted lots of before and after with the hairline difference.
Are you sure the picture on the right isn't photoshopped? That looks nothing like her, even now
I'm thinking since she isn't smiling and her hair is up maybe. But I even say her looks have slightly changed since last year.
