NSOR: hypnotherapy
I called a hypnotherapist about possibly getting in a few session before my CFP test (I'm a month out-eeek!) and it's SO expensive. She recommended four sessions. The first session is $120 and then each session after that is $80. That seems pretty high to me and I wonder if it's kind of a scheme. I could order meditation tapes or get the Reiki clearing done for much cheaper!

I found one that worked on a sliding scale and he's $70/hr. So I am going to try him. I can see if I feel better after one session. He said that it would take no more than three sessions so he seems much more reasonable.
