Does anyone else think Tate is Constance's son? The one that was "perfect"? At the very least I think he, the maid, and the burned guy are all ghosts.

Poor Addy, that was cruel of her mother to lock her in that closet. The girl was just trying to help.

Loved the cupcake scene "At your age? Might as well just crazy glue a stick of butter to your ass!"

The house is a place where many horrible things happen and the people who live next door and the cleaning lady are demented and possibly protecting themselves, which we willl probably find out later in the season. I personally really enjoy the show and it's psychological depth .

I didn't see the premiere but caught last night's episode. i was totally creeped out and have really no idea what is going on. but i'm intrigued.

yes, i think tate, the maid, the burned guy for sure and probably constance (maybe addy too) are all ghosts. i also think tate is constance's son.

i don't get why constance made the cupcakes for violet. i may have missed something by not seeing last week's episode.

anyway...i will likely keep watching.

Ohhh I never thought about that!

I liked how in the beginning they went back another 10 years from last weeks episode. I hope they do that at the start of every episode so we can see just how many murders took place in this house. I'm still curious about...well.....everything lol, but especially that guy {the half-face one} who killed his family... he's never IN the house, he's only outside, which is weird/different.

I also thought about them all being ghosts... so when Addy's mom slept with that younger guy she was just a ghost taking advantage of someone? It makes sense but something is still weird about it... Addy doesn't seem like a ghost but who knows.

Someone else had mentioned about the cupcakes... I was also wondering what she has against Violet.

I hate the dad.... he's so weak, but I guess that's the point.

I'm already excited for next weeks episode! But there are so many questions! LOL

Since she IS tied in, maybe she made the cupcakes for Violet knowing they would be eaten by the home invaders? Maybe she was actually trying to help? Although she didn't believe her daughter when she came over and told her there was a bad man over there.....hmmm....

Last night didn't have as much going on as in the pilot (which is probably a good thing) but it left me more uneasy when I went to bed for some reason. Probably because I am already so freaked out about home invasions lol

Good point! didn't think of this. I love how they start every episode with a murder that happened in the house makes a new story every episode.

Still torn not sure if Constance is a ghost or not. I mean she could be ....didn't the mom do it with a ghost and get pregnant?

We really love the show. DH is hooked.

Same here. Home invasions really freak me out. Pretty much everything else I can handle but not that.

i wondered that, too. i thought it was mentioned that it had been a year. but maybe i'm thinking of when the dad said that he and the mom hadn't had sex in a year.

dylan mcdermott can run around the house without his shirt on more. that'd be okay with me.

The way I understood it was that his wife had a miscarraige and was having a lot of emotional trouble dealing with it. Because of these troubles, they were not having sex. After many months with no sex and not really being emotionally connected/helpful to his wife he had the affair. She walked in on it. It seems like they moved pretty soon after she discovered them, trying to start a new life and such. Sound right?

I thought the guy said "we haven't had sex in a year", meaning he and his wife. So how's she knocked up already - and his mistress? Made no sense to me.
