Revenge. Issue I have with the show
So I just watched all the episodes this weekend and I am hooked. LOVE it! buuuuuuttt- we're really supposed to believe that Sammy is the same dog? Am I missing something? It was 16 years ago- that would be one OLD a$$ Lab.

that was my thought too then I was like wait- what? when I realized it was supposed to be the same dog. It's driving me crazy. I get way too invested in my shows lol

I looked it up this morning to make sure I wasn't crazy and a labs general life expectancy is 12-13 years. This one is supposed to be 16-17 and is still running around town? no way. lol
I also found that at least I am not alone in my crazy annoyance of it- this made me chuckle

that is funny. I've had dogs live to be about 17 who were about the same size as sammy. Although they didn't act so youthful so I never really thought too hard abut it

Great point! You know I never even thought about the age of the dog when watching the show.
Our dog is lab mix and is 18 years old. He has health issues, including suffering from some seizures, but when it comes time for his walks, he perks right up and can go for miles.
