i was wondering that too!! it didnt make any sense to me. clearly, henry or bridget didnt kill gemma. siobhan did.
and why didnt the cops find malcom? he was there during the search, right?
I was wondering the same thing. Unless those scary dudes who had him caught on and moved him. I feel so bad for him

I wondered if Bridget was trying to send a message to eyeliner detective (can't remember his name), that she is still alive. But why would she do that?
Unrelated, but sort of related:
The actress who plays Juliet is the daughter of Lea Thompson. Now that I know this, I can completely see it and I think she looks just like her mom.

bahahhaha. i said this to dh last night. i was like wow- he has on so much eyeliner!
Eyeliner detective...I like that lol. This was the first episode that didn't end with a "GASP!!!!!!!!!!!"
I really do like it though...but what bothered me with the finger print is that unless Bridget cuts all of her fingertips off, she still has that print, so if eyeliner detective gets creative and runs "Shibons", she is going to be in trouble!

She had to know that her fingerprints wouldn't come up as Siobhan's ... right? Or maybe she didn't and now she is screwed.

i think she realized/knew that henry didn't do anything to gemma and put her prints on the vase to take the heat off of him.
and i don't think nestor carbonell (can't remember character name) has a reason to take siobhan/real bridget's fingerprints. they will just go along assuming it was bridget and keep looking for her.
ETA: and you know nestor carbonell (detective) doesn't actually wear eyeliner, right? he has always had a super dark lash line. when he was on lost they actually put concealor on his lash line to try to cover it up a bit. i super love him, so i get defensive about his eyes. lol at me.
Yes, I just call him that because that's how everyone talked about him when LOST was on

As for the finger print thing, my theory is that she did it because she wanted the heat off of her as Siobhan. She figured that if she put her fingerprints (being Bridget) on the vase that they would be looking for Bridget and have no reason to think Henry or Siobhan were involved.
She told Henry that she can't afford for the police to start snooping in their lives. He thinks it's because they'll find out about the affair but it's so she can stay safe.
As for Malcolm, they moved him after they came poking around the first time. They probably figured they'd be back with a warrant and that it wasn't safe to keep him there so they moved him before the FBI could come back.

Now that you've said this, yes I do see her mom in her.
This episode totally confused me. I'm racking my brain as to why she would put her prints on there. Wouldn't she think that even if they started searching for/blaming Bridget that they would want to talk to her sister and then the husband would find out that his wife is a twin?
I would much rather explain why I kept having a twin a secret than having to explain that I'm carrying around a love child by my best friend's husband.

This is pretty much what I was thinking this morning. If for some reason Siobhan was suspected and fingerprints were taken, they would know she wasn't really Siobhan. Now that Bridget's fingerprints have been identified, there's no reason to fingerprint "Siobhan".
