The week is half way over! Thank goodness! Its been a long week already. What are you plans for today? What are you making for dinner? I'm in need of ideas.
I'm working today. I hope to all goodness that we have no teenage boys in the office today. I just don't think I can take it! E doesn't have class tonight, so I'm wanting to make him something yummy for dinner. Other than that I'm going to try and make my pumpkin apple strudel muffins tonight and prep some veggies for some crockpot meals I have planned.

Re: Happy Wednesday!
Morning! We got all of our HHGs yesterday and put 95% of it away and in place. Today we are heading to the commissary to re-stock the pantry. All we have to eat is leftover Chinese from last night and peanut butter!
I think we are going to grill some marinated chicken breasts and have either roasted veggies or a quinoa salad I found on pinterest.
I'm working as usual. I'm ordering out for dinner. T is meeting some work friends for happy hour and he has the car seat in his car so we can't go anywhere today. Not a huge deal considering it's pouring outside.
I'm so glad it's Wednesday...this week feels like it's dragging.
I want the apple pumpkin strudel recipe. In fact, I demand it.
Hoping to have lunch with my mom today; we don't get to do it very often and it's nice to be able to just meet up like that randomly. Unfortunately, it's 11 and I'm already hungry and lunch isn't for another 1.5 hrs. at least. Time to break into my snack stash.
So glad the week is half over - I'm so excited to go apple picking this Saturday I cannot hardly stand it. Pink ladies here I come! Plus I plan on picking up some fresh apple cider, apple donuts, and checking out the mountain foliage. Yay for fresh mountain air!!
Today I'm at work and tonight I have AWANAs. My class is now 15, 4 year olds, which I have to admit is very challenging for me.
We are having Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Avocados since they are easy and will make it to the table quickly.
I am sooo ready for this day to end. I woke up late and in my mad rush to get out of the house, I left my Student ID at home. So there wont be any lunchtime working out today.
I am going to have to do it after class.
Now I am home for lunch and just hanging out with my "kids". There really is nothing like a warm kitty on your lap during a rainy day. He makes this day so much better.
Tonight, I am eating leftover stew. Nothing too exciting.
Today I'm doing laundry and packing. I'm really excited about going to California tomorrow but I loathe flying....last year I was wedged between 2 morbidly obese people and I'm already claustrophobic to begin with
Tonight I'll probably just make a frozen pizza for dinner.

I'm cleaning house and messing around on the computer. I'm looking into online schools and can't decide which one is best for me.
For dinner, I'm doing bbq chicken tenders in the crockpot. I'll do some steamed veggies and maybe mashed potatoes.
I cleaned up a bit this morning and put the down comforter back in our duvet cover. It's finally getting cooler here! I put the screens in our windows the other day and it's been so nice to have fresh air in the house. Plus, I think not running the AC is going to cut our electricity bill by about 80%. I turned it off during the day last month when I was gone for two weeks and our bill went down by $140. But, last night I got a little chilly in bed because it dipped down into the forties outside.
Other than that, I'm addressing our Thanksgiving invitations and putting up more Halloween decorations.
