What's On Your Christmas List?
I know it's still really early to be thinking about Christmas but it's my most favorite time of year. And it's almost Halloween...which means it's almost Thanksgiving....which means it's almost Christmas (or whichever seasonal holiday you celebrate)!

My Nest Bio and Cycling Advice
I haven't thought much about my wish list. DH and I are keeping it light this year with our cruise coming up. We've been making lists of what to get everyone else though.
- Clothes for cruise (hopefully in a smaller size). I'll need a formal dress and maybe some other vacation-appropriate attire.
- New sunglasses
A better paying job that is still close to home since I got laid off on Friday.
DH and I are getting each other new flooring for our bedroom - I can't wait to get rid of the carpet in there!
I think my ILs are getting me a new crock pot. My parents will probably get me either a back-up drive for my computer or a new lens for taking better food photos.

Both sides of our family have already been asking us this and since we really got everything we wanted from our registry, we've decided to ask family members to chip in to our "Puppy fund." The pet policy for our apartment is ridiculous-$400 deposit and then $20/month rent. The real kicker: It can't weight more than 25 pounds. We're planning on asking family members to donate to the funds, and also to get pet-related things like food and toys.
