D- I made them in Word. I copied the image from online then put a text box inside and changed the color (it was black). I can email you the template if you wanted to use it. The only hard part was cutting them by hand (ouch).

Let me know if you need more jars- We did one at our wedding and I went overboard with jars and vases for the candy I even have like 8-10 silver metal scoops. They are all just sitting in my basement.
