What's something totally irrational that drives you nuts?
I cannot stand it when the volume on the TV is on a volume that is not an increment of 5. It has to be on 5, 10, 15, 20. Can't be on 6 or 17 or 23.
I hate it with a passion when the cabinets in the kitchen are left open. How hard is it to close the little doors?
I need all the knobs in my car to be pointing in the same direction.
I hate overhead lights. Hate them. I'm always following Guy around, turning off the lights.

Leaves on my car. I don't care if I am running late to work, I will sit and try to take them all off the car.
Nail clipping. I can cut mine no problem, but I can't stand hearing Jon cut his or seeing someone do it. I think he will end up cutting our kid's nails someday.
My legs touching the bed sheets. I have to tuck my pants into my socks before bed every night. If I don't I always wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep.
I thought I was the only one!! And this goes for my radio volume in the car, too.
It bothers me the local AM station runs their traffic reports on the 2's. Why can't they do it on the 0's?
The bed HAS to be made before I get into bed... Sheets tucked and pillows fluffed. I can't do it. I have tried and I cannot fall asleep unless everything is in order.
There can't be any dishes in the sink before I go to bed either. I get that from my Dad. Oy.
We have wood floors in our apt, so everything needs to be lined up with the planks... So the sofa is on a line, the rug is on a line, book shelf is on a line, etc.
I cannot put things away if it doesn't have a place. I would rather leave something out than put it some place just because it needs to be put away. It bothers me to heck when Dan puts something where it doesn't "belong".

I hate the sound of clicking teeth- Mark clicks and grinds his teeth all the time. It makes me batty.
The feeling that someone is watching me. I would rather be interrupted than have someone stand overtop me.
I also hate doors not being shut- bathroom, closet etc... just close the damn things.
If it's daytime, I hate using artificial light. If the sun is shining into a room, having the light on just irks me and I have to turn it off.
If a window is open, the blinds have to be pulled up to where the window ends. If a window is shut, the blinds have to be closed -- I cant stand having a blind pulled up on an closed window.

The volume for the radio in the car needs to be on an even number
I hate when the kitchen light that's over our table is on instead of the lights in the regular part of the kitchen.
Our movies need to be in ABC order, games are broken into system and then ABC order. I can't stand when DH just throws one back in there randomly
I hate whispering. It bothers me when I have to listen "too hard".
On another talking note. Deep male voices drive me nuts. I think I have a hearing tone issue, because I can't hear deep voice well without a lot of concentration. I usually tune those people out.
