Omaha Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Why do you say stay away from the Alpha Omega (are you talking about the Safety First one?)
Re: *SCB*
Yes.
There are two versions to this seat. One harnesses to 40lbs and one to 50lbs. The 50lb version is better, but the 40lb version is pretty useless. This is often the one found at Sam's and Costco for cheap. The harness it outgrown early on, usually around the age of 3-3.5 years, but sometimes even earlier. My friend's LO outgrew it at 2.5, so she had to buy another seat.
It is also hard to install, and is rated as one of the Top 10 Worst Booster seats.
There are something like 11 versions of this seat or something, and one is the Eddie Bauer.
Here is the new listings for 2011...
