Re: Tell me about your favorite new show on TV
I love Pan Am...
And on Showtime I LOVE Homeland. It's about a Marine who was a POW in Afghanistan for 8 years. He is freed and back with his family in the US, but someone in the CIA has received word that a US POW was turned.... so now they think he is a terrorist. It's a GREAT show love it!
Another vote for American /Horror it is awesome if you like creepy shows! Wednesday 10 on FX
Another vote for American Horror Story. It's two episodes in and FX tends to re-run episodes regularly so it should be easy to catch up on.
Once Upon a Time premieres Sunday on ABC and I'm really excited for it. It's about a small town in Maine where storybook characters live because they were transported from their world by the evil queen.
Parenthood has always been a favorite of mine too and it's on Hulu Plus. It just started its third season.
BFP #4 It's a BOY!

We miss you and love you always, little firecrackers!
Revenge. It's a modernized (and less complicated) take on The Count of Monte Cristo.
On the reality side of the house, I'm digging Work of Art. There's an artist named Sucklord who makes art out of Star Wars action figures. Nuff said.
And two big thumbs up for Parks & Rec. It's my favorite show right now, hands down.
HUGE fan of the new show, "Terra Nova". My husband and I enjoy that show so much that we have DVR'd it weekly.
Pan Am was another new show that we tried to watch together. We have watched every single episode, but we aren't hooked. I find myself surfing the net during the show and I've caught him doing the same. I think we watch it because there's nothing better on.
Bummer - I don't have cable. Do they ever run it on hulu? I've been trying to get into Up All Night, good cast that I like a lot and really want it to be funny, but sometimes the storylines are just meh. I've still been enjoying the Good Wife, Parenthood and Parks and Recreation, but other than that, I haven't been watching much TV.
Love!
I've been wanting to see The New Girl (or is it just New Girl?) - it looks funny and I love whats-her-face who is in it.
Sometimes it's funny, but it's another one that's like Up All Night IMO, it has enough elements that it should be able to make for a funny show, but it's not really working.
This. It's okay but not good enough for me to care if I miss it.
I kind of like Two Broke Girls. Runs along the same lines at New Girl. It's okay but I don't love it enough for me to DVR it.
I don't watch much TV and I really don't miss it much at all.
American Horror Story is so fuucked up, I love it.
The Walking Dead - Zombies! Need I say more?
I really like Modern Family, Parks & Rec.
Also I could watch reruns of Law & Order SVU for an entire weekend.
Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
Currently Reading: Don Quixote by Miguel De Cervantes
The League and Archer have been around for a season or two and are freaking hysterical. DH watches Walking Dead, I hate zombie things. I like Downtown Abbey, DH doesn't like period stuff.
New Girl is cute, I'm hoping for it to improve.
I loooove Terra Nova!
Pan Am is pretty decent.
Welcome to any original show on either USA or TBS. Both networks do this, makes me nuts!
I've caught H laughing at Mike & Molly a few times, but other than that, we pretty much just DVR our "regular" shows, even though several are past their prime and just need to end (ahem...Grey's Anatomy?), NCIS, and Burn Notice. I do still like Criminal Minds, although I have a hard time sleeping some nights after watching it. I always have to wonder if the psychopaths watching the show are getting ideas.
The thing is, I do not have cable. I think American Horror Story has full episodes online, but not hulu plus.
You guys know your tv. BJ's for all! But give me 5 minutes in between to drink some water.
