Photographer Rec?
SIL and her fi just had some amazing engagement pics done in SA. It made me really want to get some photos taken of DH and me since all we have is our wedding pics. Do you guys have any recommendations of anyone good and affordable around Austin? I figured word of mouth would be better than searching through websites. Thanks!

I recommend Jeff Loftin. He did our wedding photos...and they were amazing. He is easy to work with, and takes great photos.

I would NOT recommend Jeff. He's a nice guy and, as far as I can tell, did a good job. I say "as far as I can tell" because it's been two months since the wedding and I still haven't gotten back my bridals or wedding day pics. I know it takes a while but I had to contact him first to find out why it was taking so long.
Additionally, for the bridal shoot I did it at their "studio" which ended up being his office, with him and his wife bickering about lighting and their two children (literally) running around the house.
