Just wandering if any other oilfield wives at some advice when TTC...seems so hard because sometime I am not O when he is home just wandering if anyone has experienced this also
Re: oilfield wife...TTC
(pops out of semi-lurkdom due to random coincidence)
Hi,
I just had this conversation with a friend from college in the same boat as you. She started charting so she could have a general idea of when O was expected and after a few months he was able to schedule time off around that. It is not working out fantastic or anything because sometimes he is apparently exhausted when he comes home and they don't knock boots anyway, and sometimes she O's late or early..but at least the window is there and open.
Good Luck!

Hi,
I just saw your post! I literally thought I was the only one, my husband works offshore in Brazil. We've been ttc for 3 years with no luck. We are having other issues but his 28/28 schedule has helped out a lot. I know when he was on 14/14 it was quite a bit more difficult. If you ever need someone to vent to feel free!
