Thanks for the info about driving to Magnolia.
The wedding is at Ashelynn Manor near 2920 & Mueschke Rd. We're near Eldridge and I-10 so I was thinking about taking Eldridge to 290 to Mueschke.
Do you think that's the fastest way?

I dont have a lot of experience with 290 other than that when I look at the traffic map, its always RED.
I'd probably go BW to 249 to 2920 just because I know that route better and know where it slows down, etc. I'd think this route would take you no longer than 1 hour in rush hour (it takes me 1 to 1.25 hours to go another 15-20 miles from there)
I think you are gonna hit some traffic either way.
I like this idea too.. I dont know the non-highway roads in that area as much but was hoping someone would chime in.
This your best bet. This map is a bit deceiving. It is still a good 20 min from 2920 & Mueschke. It is taking you through several neighborhoods to Nichols Sawmill. The straight drive would be beltway to 249 which turns into FM 1774, left on Nichols Sawmill (this is considered to be almost downtown Magnolia.) down < 10 miles venue will be on your left.
