Hey! I'm coming to visit Brenna for a housewarming party and we're going out on the town at Red Bank in the evening and I was wondering if you had any suggestions for places we should go to. Thanks!! :-)

Hey! Broad St in Red Bank is where all the action is, but I would say there are more restaurants and shops than nightlife. If you are going for dinner and drinks, check out Buona Sera to get dressed up and go out for great food, wine and DJ music on the weekends. It's a little pricey, and there are plenty of other places if you want something less expensive. Basil T's is great and has lots of beers to try. Dish is a restuarant that I have been dying to try, someone recommended it to me.
If you just want drinks, your best bet is probably Red. They have a small bar downstairs and a lounge upstairs.
There are lots of great little cafes and restaurants along Broad St and West Front St (with outdoor seating if it's nice) so just walking around can provide some entertainment for a while. It's on the river, so it could get chilly at night. Have fun!! Let me know when you are here

Thanks for the info! I sent it to Brenna as well so she could check things out too ahead of time. She said last night Josh walked around the town and had some ideas on places we could stop, so but it's always good to have more info than less when going to a new area!
I will text you when we're headed out with a destination :-) We're eating at Brenna's so I would imagine it wouldn't be til at least 8ish depending on what time she's serving. There's going to be like 15+ people potentially depending who stays around after dinner so I'm sure we won't be hard to find!

Oh, I didn't mean to invite myself to your party, I don't want to impose! But if you are in the area and have free time, we can def try to get together. And I want to know how you like Red Bank - it's a great neighborhood
Brenna said the more the merrier when I asked if it was ok if I invited you to the out on the town part, so if you're bored and would like to join is you are most welcome! :-) No pressure, I'm sure I'll visit her again solo (DH is coming Sat) which would prob be a better opportunity to get together. I'm sure we'll have a blast if you want to come!
You can totally play it by ear (unless you have plans already of course!) and I can text you or call when we head out/ have a destination.
