Moms of girls
Molly has found her lady parts recently and she won't leave it alone. Im concerned because she seems to really dig with or without her diaper. How do I tell the difference between "wow I found new parts" and "hey mom I have a raging yeast infection!" I really think its harmless, bu watching her go to town last night made me second guess myself.

I'm not really sure if there is a way you can tell if she has an infection without asking her pedi. I often get worried about uti's and stinging sensations in case she has a BM and some of it travels to her urethra.
Based on the fact that she's investigating while her diaper is still on, I would go see the pedi to be safe.
If it were me, I wouldn't worry unless she were digging around down there with the diaper on too. With it off, it's probably just a "hey, look what I found" type thing.
