Pre-approval letter ((WOOT WOOT))!
WE GOT PREAPPROVED! It's not much, esp. to some of you that live in the higher cost of living areas, but the gave us 50,000 with o% down. Like, I said, the rural-hicktown area we live in, and both of us being under 24, thats awesome! We can actually get up to 80, but we wanted to play it safe. Get to officially go look at houses with our agent monday!! Can't wait!!

@Sciance~ that's for the advice, and it's not a HUD loan, but I do believe it is a state funded one, so thanx for the tip. I'll remember that.
