Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yup! He wanted to come some time in October to visit (he lives in SC). So i figured he could come this weekend and see me do my tri! He has only seen me do one 5K before (in which I PRed in May). So this will be awesome!

My Mom and her husband were going to come, but the BF and I have a wedding to attend Saturday night, so we wouldn't be able to spend time with them, so they are going to make it down another weekend.
