I start a new job in 3 1/2 weeks. I have been doing home health for 5 years, wearing jeans, shorts, gym pants etc. I honestly don't own a pair of khakis/casual dress pants. My new job is is business casual. I have plenty of shirts but no pants that aren't jeans. Am I able to write off some pants as work expenses? I've only been itemizing for one year so I've never done this in the past.
