i ended up buying the groupon last month and had them scheduled for this afternoon. well, they never showed. no call or e-mail to update me. i left a voicemail and while they called back (while i was furiously cleaning my shower, of course) and they didn't leave a voicemail. because it was so difficult to reach them and nail down an appointment, i was half expecting this kind of thing to happen but still seriously disappointing night chez cheeky. thank christ for the mr. clean magic eraser and wine.
hopefully i can get a refund through groupon (e-mailed them already).
anyway, i definitely cannot recommend them to my nestie peeps!

Cheeky, I am so sorry. It is kinda ironic because my Maid to Please team is here right now cleaning. The Springfield office was pretty responsive and called yesterday to reconfirm.
I am sure you will get a refund. I have in the past.

i am glad they worked out for you! i had to go through the DC/arlington/alexandria office. given how unresponsive they were to my e-mails and calls, i had a sinking feeling they wouldn't show.
That sucks...though I have used them for my cleaning service for about 3 years now and haven't had any problems with them.
