Here's some questions..
1.) Does the 12th of November work? Kids allowed? AM work? (I was thinking 9:30/10ish to 12/12:30ish) Should we do lunch?
2.) House or someplace elese?
3.) Any other ideas?

The 12th works for me. My husband & Lauren will get to spend some quality time together watching football! He hasn't had to take care of her w/o me around very many times- so this will be fun!
ETA: I could bring Lauren (my 3 1/2 mo. old) if we are bringing kids- I think she is pretty cute!
As of now the 12th works for me, but my schedule is always changing. (Don't plan around me for sure!)
Ella may need to come with me. She's 4 months so she won't be running around, but if kids aren't allowed, then I'll see what I can do.
9:30-12:30 is fine. If some need to arrive or leave later, they could and still have a chance to see others.
Lunch is always good. If we do it at someone's house, we could do potluck style...or have something delivered.
Place would probably depend on the number of people coming.
I like uh, was it Mrs. Reem's idea? of wine. I've never drank much of it, but I'd love to sample!

I'm not sure if I'll go or not because I'm painfully shy - but the 12th does work for me.
Doesn't matter where or when.
And I don't care if kids come, but mine will be staying home.
I'm sad about the wine

Just a thought, but if we think we'll have a large turn-out (ie: too large for someone's home or comfortably at a restaurant), I could probably rent the meeting space at work free of charge. However, if we are going with the 12th (or any Saturday), it would need to be 3pm or later.
Let me know if it's something that we'd want to consider and I can get you more details.
