kids bedding-where am I forgetting to look?
I am trying to find DS a new bedding set for his twin bed we will be getting any day now.I have tried overstock, target, walmart, jc penney, company store, amazon....coming up blank. PBK is too expensive. Where am I forgetting to look?
If you are bored and feel like helping me shop, basically I want a sheet set and comforter. He loves two things: a) sports and b) trains/trucks/tractors. His room is a sage green so I would like there to be some green in it to tie it in. The closest thing I saw was this, I should have bought it when I first saw it and now it is sold out

Check this link out--the 1st and the 4th on the first page are really cute!
ETA: They always have 20% off coupons!
BB&B? http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/stylePage.asp?RN=47
The "Air Guitar" set on page 2 is cute though it may not be the right green to go with the room color. And it may be too grown up for your DS.
While I am a huge Ikea fan in general, I find that their kids stuff features weird looking creatures that look like someone's bad acid trip. But as we will probably be getting his bed there Saturday, I plan on checking out their bedding anyway!

IDHT and Jade-I did check out BB&B the other day and they have some really cute sets but it seemed like most of them were just the comforter and sham.....then I would still need to get the sheet set which most likely would take me over what I wanted to spend.....
Oh boy...trains, airplanes, AND firetrucks......he would go nuts over that. And its cheap. I may have to get this. Thanks SK.
Both of those sets are really cute!
I don't know what your budget is nor am I familiar with either of those sellers, I just Googled!
I went on a massive search when I was looking for bedding for DS but I was lucky to get his set from Amazon.

That is the same as the one SK posted! I do really like it.
ETA: oops, its similar. Not same set. Now I've managed to confuse myself.
I think I am also going to try Home Goods on my way home today.
Sheets don't need to match, just coordinate with some bright solids. I saved myself a ton of money once I got over needing to have matching sheets!
Yup..this! And with a toddler who may have accidents at night, you may find you're changing the sheets a lot/washing them a lot more than normal wear and tear. Speaking from experience!
