Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

"account not active" message when logging in?
OK, so I was once sick to death of wedding emails and used Stefano's email account so he would get the stuff from the knot. Now he wants to sign up and although the email and username is correct, it says his "account is not active" and won't let him get any further.
Any ideas? We tried the "forgot your password" link which didn't include any information to make the account active. I can't decide if the best thing to do is try to talk to the nest gods/IT people or just use another email address (which he doesn't have besides his work account).
