Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Don't get a root canal...
.. when you are pregnant. Seriously not a fun experience!
So I had a really bad tooth ache a few weeks ago but I was still in my first trimester so they couldn't do anything other than give me antibiotics. That helped until last weekend the tooth ache was coming back. Boo.. Called the dentist got in 5 days earlier than my actual appointment and had him do the root canal. Normal, yup it would suck but whatever.
Since I'm pregnant, they give you a Novocain that isn't as strong as the usual, and she gave me half the dose kinda deal. Told me that if it started to wear off the dentist would administer the rest before he started. He got to the point that he was ready to do the root canal, and when he was putting the rubber dam on I could feel my gums and I shouldn't have so he gave me the rest. By the time he was getting close to being finished I could feel a lot more than I wanted to again. UGH!!!
In the end, at least that is over and done with, and hopefully my tooth doesn't give me any more problems now.
