Everybody should do it. (I am talking real yoga here ladies!) It was so fun. They set the temperature up to 93 degrees(F) while you are doing yoga. It is gradual, so your body can get used to it. You sweat more, but it helps burn more calories and is suppose to be better for your joints. I am really looking forward to doing this in the winter when it gets cold.

I confess I didn't think this was going to be about real yoga, and that's probably why I opened the thread
. I've never tried it (regular yoga or hot yoga), I don't know that any place in my area offers it, and hot yoga does not sound pleasant, but I'd give it a shot at least.

Love it! Hot power 'yoga' is pretty great too. I found this to be helpful in centering me and relaxing me, especially with my stressful job.
