An early arrival :D
Just thought I'd swing by and let you all know I had my baby. I'm enjoying not being attached to the computer like I have to be at work so I may not be around too often for a bit.
Chase David decided to make an early appearance, and quickly too! Last Saturday, with no warning, I was taking a nap and my water broke at 1:30pm. By 4:30 we were at the hospital and he was born at 9:42pm. I don't think I had time to fully grasp that it was actually happening with an 8 hour (intense, holy cow!) labor and two weeks early.
He weighed in at 7lbs 6oz and was 23" long. I am on cloud nine right now and could not be more in love- with him or DH. Healing has been bearable, and I'm surprised at how well I'm feeling already. I got my first 4 consecutive hours of sleep last night and I feel like I could go out and run a marathon.
