Ok, so it's only Thursday...but it's my Friday. Well technically since I'm unemployed, every day is my Friday....but it's DH's Friday because we are going away for the weekend.....woohoo!!!!
Heading up to Nashua tonight for DH to practice with his acoustic duo partner, and then we are crashing there to get a head start on our trip tomorrow. Then we head up to Lincoln, NH for a weekend, using a groupon I bought at the beginning of the year. DH has been so busy lately, that I'm just so happy for him to have a few days off.
Plus....we are going ziplining on Friday afternoon, which we've never done before. I'm super scared, but also super excited....and it will be so cool to see the fall colors in the mountains.

DH is on his way home right now, so I get to see him this weekend! Next weekend I will be in MA. I have a second interview Friday, so going to head up Thursday night.

I'm going to join the Head of the Charles Regatta madness this weekend - watching some races and pub hopping in Harvard Sq. Always a good time
Have fun! Also, one of our programs is starting this weekend, and a participant told my colleague he had to spend $509 for a hotel room at the Sheraton Commander. Can you freaking believe that? It's not even that nice.
We're doing nothing this weekend. I can't wait. Tomorrow, we're going to try this restaurant in Belmont for lunch, because I've heard good things and I am craving mac & cheese. But that's pretty much the extent of our plans, besides taking the dog for a couple of long walks.
I believe it! We initially planned to get married HOC weekend in 2008, but after seeing hotel prices for Boston/Cambridge we moved it to the weekend before.
Have fun ziplining!! That's totally on my list of things I want to do one day.
Nothing really planned for us this weekend which is nice. DH and I are working the ACT testing at the HS tomorrow morning and then it's just a bunch of cleaning/organizing/doing all the stuff around the house that I've been putting off. We have a friend coming to visit next week so it's a really good excuse to finally get it all done.
