Beef Dip Sandwiches. I actually have a newer version that I've found with onions in it too, but I havne't blogged it yet. But this one is still really good.
thanks,, i'm going to check out that website.
That would be great if you don't mind.
That looks great, I'm going to have to try this also.. Thanks!
I love using my crock pot, I actually have beef stew in mine right now. Some other things I like to make in it are:
pulled pork- super easy
beef stew
onion soup
pot roast- also super easy
I can't think of others right now.
I use mine all the time. Our recent favorite is the Hawaiian BBQ chicken found here- super easy!

Stand up for something you believe in.
Oooh, I would be interested in that recipe, too. I have been wanting to try chicken and dumplings, but have been intimidated by it for some reason.
I'm planning on trying Nooner's beef dip sandwiches this fall, and I can speak highly of another PLFF crock pot recipe: http://peaceloveandfrenchfries.com/2010/08/30/crock-pot-goodness/ Honestly, one of my faves.
Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts, quartered.
2 tablespoons butter
2 (10oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1-2 pks Pillsbury biscuit dough, torn into pieces (about the size of a quarter)
Place all ingredients (except dough) into crock pot. Add just enough water to cover. Cook on high 5-6 hours. Add torn dough the last 30-45 min (you can also remove and shred the chicken at this time if you want, then add back in).
I like to serve it with egg noodles, but it's yummy on its own too:)

Thanks so much, i'm gonna try it this weekend!!
I like to make chicken taco chili during the winter. It's awesome and healthy
Black bean soup, pork loin, whole chickens..
I love this for tacos:

Yum...thanks, Rach! I'll have to try that soon. I think I'll add some veggies, maybe carrots, peas, celery...
