As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

EcoMaids Question
I have them coming over to clean our house on Tuesday (I was given their groupon as a gift) I added on more rooms over the groupon, but my big worry now is... do I tip a cleaning person? I've never had anyone but myself clean the house so am completely at a loss on the etiquette for this.

Yep, you tip a cleaning person. :-) I generally tip 20% .
