another cake pop question...
If I make the cake pops tonight, do I need to put them in the fridge if we are eating them tomorrow? If I can leave them out, do they need to be sealed? Thanks a bunch!

It depends.
Are you making the kind that are mushed up cake with icing or the kind that are baked as cake balls and are just cake?
If icing, what kind?
If just buttercream, they can sit at room temp. Nothing should melt at 70-some degrees. If a cream cheese based icing, refrigerate.
If just cake, then room temp is fine.
Regardless of any of the above, refrigerating won't hurt them.
I am making the kind that is cake with the icing. I'm using cream cheese icing (from a can). I am making room in the fridge for them now.
About how long before the party should I remove them from the fridge? Thanks a bunch!!!

30 min should be fine. They will be fine at room temp throughout the party.
