TGIF! and BRR!! DH turned the heat on last night without me even asking, awww. I think the only reason he did it is because I made a joke about the cats huddling together for warmth, lol.
DH will be signing the papers for our re-fi today. For some reason, they requested that I be there even though I'm not on the loan. I guess it's to be a witness. I'm glad that the bank contacted us about it. We're going from 5.125% to 4.5%. I know rates are lower than that now, but we'd never be able to get approval because of the property values tanking and foreclosures in our neighborhood (our neighbor just tried). This offer had no appraisal and no fees since it was all through the same bank. It'll save us $100/month.

My mom is walking in the 3 day walk this weekend, I am SO proud of her!!!!!
That's great! Just make sure she has her cell phone with her.
oh trust me, she does. We also already have a plan of who will go get her from the course should I go in to labor. This walk is causing me a great internal struggle, on one hand I want this baby out of me NOW, on the other my mom has worked SO hard to train for this walk that I don't want her to miss any of it. For her sake, I'm hoping LO doesn't come til Monday.

Baby has an official eviction date which is making mommy do the happy dance!! If she doesn't come before my due date, which is next wed, then tues night I will go in to start the induction process. I am actually so much more mentally stable now that I have a plan! If she comes before that is fine but I can hold on until Wed if she isn't ready. I have been a complete crazycakes basket case all week because of the whole unknown about when she'll come.
Oooh!! So, if she hasn't come before, she'll be evicted on her due date?
