**Cut the Crappers**

I have been formulating a plan to get back on track but really don't want to start until I'm back from New Orleans (I'm thinking of doing something really restrictive that will be nearly impossible to do while travelling - and I'd had to start and then derail...)

Anyway - I was cleaning my closet today and I found a pair of jeans I saved from when I was my smallest (after I lost 80 lbs - around time I was first dating DH).  They are an ON 18 womens.  They used to be very comfortable. I even remember them being a little LOOSE at my sister's bachelorette party (spring 2006).   Now?  I can't even get my asss into them.

I am saving them again - they will be my new "anchor".  They WILL fit again.

    Good luck girl!

I wish we lived closer because I think we would be good work-out/motivator buddies. :)

I thought you were going to say 'too bad we don't live closer, I'd take those size 18 jeans of your hands"  LOL LOL

  • I have an entire wardrobe of size 18 clothes I will ship to you if you get into those jeans, which you will! :)

I hope you can find something that works for you, that you can keep up with - just rememeber it is a lifestyle change and that is the only way you will be successful long term. There is no excuse to not start today - just making an effort all around.

I believe in you Megan, and remember if you don't want to do it for yourself, at least do it for Jane.

    Lots o' love!

LOL! After I'm done cooking these babies, I will be THRILLED if I fit into those size 18's again. Sigh. I told DH last night that I better lose weight easily again this time, since I wasn't quite finished last time. ;)

Seriously though, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • You gonna do the HCG diet?
  • I would be more than happy to give you a kick in the a$$ anytime you need one-  I live close enough =P

Also, the next time we GTG, I will be sure to NOT suggest getting ice cream. lol, bad, bad Katie!!!

LOL no, but having seen what my weight and metabolism did when I was pregnant I've often said that pregnancy was the best 'diet' ever so I have no doubt this works.  Just don't think it's the healthiest or safest thing in the world... :)
