I don't like my Britax

I bought C the Boulevard when it was a good deal online.  G has an Evenflo which I like much better.  The instruction manual for the Britax is not that easy to follow, requires some flipping back and forth.  To take it apart to clean it is a bear.  It says handwash.  Yeah right.  The Evenflo is easier to take apart, the handbook is more intuitive and you don't have to take the foam out to get the cover off.  Perhaps the Marathon is more user friendly, but if you are shopping for a convertible go with the Evenflo imho.

  • I don't like Carly's Britax either. Once I can move Betsy to a high-back booster, I'm moving Carly to Betsy's seat and getting rid of her Britax. I think it's a pain getting her in and out of it.

  • I love my Boulevard!  And I don't hand wash the cover, I throw it in the washer on the hand wash cycle and air dry it.  Luckily it looks good as new, but it was a risk I was willing to take.

  • We've never handwashed our Britax. I always throw the stuff in the washer and I've never had any issues.
