Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WE CLOSED!
Well technically we closed yesterday bc our escrow lady said that since we signed all our paperwork that we didn't need to be there today. But we still don't have our keys. We are waiting for our agent to give us a call when he gets them. I feel like a big weight was lifted off our shoulders even though we are going to have trouble moving bc we live in none other than the rainy state of Washington.
I have to say I had a different perception of what closing would be like. And yesterday I wasn't understand our part of our settlement cost was our down payment. I thought we owed the cost plus the settlement fee they gave us. I felt so stupid afterwards I literally wanted to cry.
They were all really friendly to Jr. and he played with the door most of the time after he got mad bc he couldn't scribble on our documents...
