New to RI - Would Love Help Deciding on Hospital
Hello,
I've never posted here before, but thought I might be able to get some good advice. We moved to RI a year ago and I don't yet have an ob/gyn. I just found out I'm pregnant with my second child. I live close to both South County Hospital and Newport Hospital. Can anyone give me a recommendation for delivering at either one? I should be low risk, unless something new comes up. If anyone has a doctor suggestion/hospital preference, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks for the help!
Elaine
Re: New to RI - Would Love Help Deciding on Hospital
Hi there. I know people who have delivered at both and all had good things to say. NPT07 delivered at Newport hospital and had a great experience - you may want to page or PM her if you have any specific questions. I believe her OB is also in Newport.
Congratulations!
my friend delivered at Newport and would not have changed a thing! Good luck to you.
As for ob/gyn, I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Beitle in Providence. I am actually switching to him.
