Today is boo at the zoo, and we're taking Myles and meeting up with my BIL and their family. It should be a good time.
During the day today I have therapy and DH is home today (though he worked until 430am) so we'll probably just laze around.

Re: Saturday
We have boo at the zoo too. It's fun to see the nocturnal animals more active, since the zoo is not normally open after dark.
We're hiking with friends, then having an early bday celebration for me at a Mexican place we like. Margaritas on the patio! It's supposed to be 70* and beautiful for a few days, then snow on Wednesday.
Your new sig is so cute, MO! Such a handsome little guy.
Have a great day, everyone.
MO-I LOVE Myles' new picture...he already exudes cool
I got up early with the dogs this morning, but then climbed back into bed with DH later, so we are just now getting motivated to actually be awake. I'm going for a five mile run in a little bit, and then we are going out to lunch, movies, and a little shopping this afternoon. It should be a nice date day.
Enjoy your weekend!

Hello ladies. We grabbed brunch with a friend earlier and then did some poking around some local shops. We just finished clearing out our closets and putting together our "want" lists for shopping when we are back in the US in December. I'd really like some new things now, but can't justify the prices when we'll be back in 6 weeks.
Just lazing around now and then dinner out later on. It's really nice outside, so maybe we'll go back out for another walk around. Who knows? It's nice to not have plans sometimes.

Thanks ladies! Myles looks like such a little man now! He's already over 18lbs now.
Also this weekend I'm making Ghanian Peanut Stew my SIL made it and it was sooo good!
I totally agree MO, I was looking at your FB pics of him yesterday and MAN, he is one cute kid! He's so expressive!
We've got the usual chores to do today to clean up - we haven't had our landlady take anyone else through our place, so I think that means one of the two viewers last week loved it enough to take it.
I'm thinking of making some pumpkin seed brittle over the weekend, and I'm going to do some cauliflower soup tonight too.
Oh! And I'm totally loving the whole e-books thing. I've downloaded 5 from the library (including the most recent Sookie Stackhouse which has a 200+ person waiting list for the hard copy) and I'm planning on curling up on the couch with the laptop this afternoon and reading it.

Today for me is resting up from last night and college football.
Definitely planning on taking it easy and getting some sleep.
Maybe, if I'm feeling up to it, making banana bread too
Have a good Saturday everyone!
