Weekend plans?
Thursday's almost over! What's everyone doing this weekend??
Friday night: H and I are going to see our first performance where I work! Hopefully I'll find a hidden passion for the kind of music we have (if you're my facebook friend you know what I'm talking about). It'll be a fun date night PLUS an opportunity to see what it's like to be a patron; it might encourage me to make some changes in my staff OR even more fully understand how freaking awesome they are!
Saturday: H got roped into moving couches with BIL for MIL and FIL; I'm helping, too. Ugh. Then he's working and I'm going to try my hardest not to. My invites for his surprise party arrived at my parents' house so I need to go pick them up and send them out. I'll PIP 'em if you girls are interested! I also got a banner.
Sunday: Nothing planned! I really need to go for a run. I'm a lot more active in my new job (I have to be - the theatre is 6 floors!) but I'm still not getting enough cardio and don't want my clothes to stop fitting.

Well Halloween is upon us & the parties have begun.
Friday: Work & then my hubby & I are going to one of our friend's Halloween party. DH is dressing up as the SNL d*ck in a box guy and I'm dressing up as a trampy Girl Scout (5 1/2" heels anyone?).
Sat: Etsy meetup at 1, 4 year old's birthday party at 3, and my dinner party/bonfire at 7 (I can do all that, right?)
Sun: I'm going to my cousin's baby shower at noon & then I'm going to slave over a sewing machine for the rest of the night because I've been slacking on my Etsy store (http://www.etsy.com/shop/SugarPoppyDesigns)
This has become the story of my life, though, feast or famine. Most of the time I'm just tooling around our house, going for a nice run, working on sewing projects in my jammies, and playing with my two dogs. But it seems like when I've got one thing to do, inevitably I've got 8 things going on at the same time.
I actually have weekend plans because tomorrow is my birthday!
Tonight: work, boo
Tomorrow: Birthday! Going to "Boo at the Zoo" and then out to dinner with H. Hopefully there will also be some time for book shopping.
Sunday: Floorset, boo.

Tonight: Cleaning, working on grading/midterms, working on editing for clients (no sleep, I'm sure!)
Tomorrow: Finishing what I don't finish tonight, picking up my best friend from the airport. So excited she'll be here for 2 weeks!
Sunday: Not sure, H, friend, and I will find something to get up to I'm sure. Perhaps the Japanese gardens.
Last night I went to a party honoring my grandmother at town hall. She's 80 today! My mother also called me the night before to tell me that this grandmother had a stroke on Tuesday, but she didn't tell me because she didn't want me to worry until they knew she was ok. Ummm...thanks mom?
Then, I went to the local winery with some girl friends and we ended up chatting with the owner (a girl i knew from HS) until 3 hours past closing haha.
Today I'm working out with a friend, having a family party for my grandmother, and then a bonfire at BIL's house.
Sunday is a lot of planning and such. We're throwing our 3rd annual halloween party next weekend, so I have to plan the menu and decorate our house! I also have to get our costumes haha.
